A €100,000 household income, 2 secure jobs and a 20% deposit might just do it if you have no existing equity at this price. I do not know how this is possible for an anonymous estate in Ballycullen. Sorry, I mean Knocklyon. Ooops, sorry, I mean Templeogue.
