Worth about half that.
There’s something strange about house and the way it connects to the little one next to it, maybe they used to be one house. I believe the little attached house sold a year or so ago. I will have to drive by it again and have a look.
Save yourself some petrol, check out the birdseye view on MS live maps. Small north facing back garden, looks dark…might suit a vampire with more money than sense
