1 on the malahide road 2 mins walk away for 400k and 3 or 4 on Gracefield Ave (5 mins walk away for 370k-395 k
is this property overpriced .
We are interested despite the road noise as we are downsizing and are cash buyers.
Anybody any experience of weather the EA in question are normally open to offers

After a bit of checking I realized that the above property will be losing a fair chunk of their front garden to a CPO for the new connects bus corridors.
This will bring the cottage even nearer to traffic noise so we moved our interest elsewhere.
Just as well as its gone sale agreed.
I hope the buyers were made aware of the CPO issue ,unless its a case of Caveat Emptor
