The agent was telling me it was sale agreed at 480. That was when the price was 550. At the time I was bidding for a similar house and the agent laughed off my bid saying the owner was aware Auburn Green went for 480. I did point out sale agreed meant little these days. But I got the usual hogwash ‘the market is moving, the rates are coming down, etc’.
