Sold at auction for 980k in 2002
archives.tcm.ie/businesspost/200 … 308528.asp

US$ 3,046,666

 I know the US peso is worth less but seriously…

Doubled in value since 2002?

I don’t think so…

The more I see these high ticket southside houses price points the more I feel we’re capable of seeing 70% falls in south Dublin…

The seller can reduce the price all the way to 980k and cover the mortgage that’s assuming we don’t believe that 980k was significantly overvalued in 2002

Now € 1,850K

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi going for 50 times the average annual wage after a 20% price reduction.

The second bedroom is pretty small and the ‘master’ bedroom doesn’t even have an ensuite.

Bubble? What bubble.
