Haven’t seen text like this in a house ad before. A sign of desperation?

The other house must be

70 Barton Road West Extension, Aranleigh, Rathfarnham
daft.ie/1314635

Back in the days before we all lost our minds, this would have been a run-of-the-mill middle/lower-middle class family home. The kind of place a single income family would have bought - and a modest single income, like a teacher or a taxi driver or barman or whatever. Now, it takes 10x one of their salaries at least.

Forget about it. The market is still bullshit. As for the other one at €680, lol.
