nice gaff but it is a two bed.
Even as a thee bed, would be pushing it for a family home.

Might suit a trader downers but too big and too many stairs for an older buyer imo.

Yes I can see how any family would struggle to adapt to living in a two bedroomed 2400sqft house, with a family room, drawing room and dining room. There’s clearly no room suitable to be used as an additional bedroom, and it would be terribly cramped to try to squeeze on into such limited space.

The two properties referenced by mambo are not actually the same house. Take a look at the photos of each property front in the links posted by mambo:

In fact there are two houses on the same strip with the number 9 (strange, I know). One of them is technically “9 Lower Prince Edward Terrace”.

So no price drop here.
