I viewed that house and I am surprised it went for so much. The house was amazing but the garden was tiny and the only parking was to the back
Also despite the images online it was very close to the road with no driveway at all.
Especially when you compare it to 4 Northbrook Road which sold 26-11-10 for €1,100k
Heard that were only two real bidders but were keen
Standard of fit out was very very high (300 sq ft job)
Not a bad deal for someone looking for town redbrick
