Not really meaningless in the context presented. 3.5 years of standard PP “it’s all about to go pear-shaped” commentary in the face of rising prices. That’s the point that was being made - not any claim that 3.5 years of price growth is a guarantee of future price rises.

I guess its all about the location and potential to turn it into a nice house but presently I think it resembles a council house from the outside, its the windows & door. There are a couple of nice houses on the road. If I remember right, number 4 across the road went for 300k about 2 years ago.
