The E1.2m had to be a typo allright 
I think it is a real drop, I have being watching in this area with property-bee. I have not noticed this EA making mistakes such as this on any of his other listed properties.
This property has been listed on daft at €975,000 for ages, The old price tag was out of step with similar properties in the area. This drop has brought it roughly into the line with them.
A bit deceiving this one. The price was reduced so substantially because they calved off a site and are selling it at 260k with FPP in addition another smaller plot which is without PP is not included in the sale. The smaller plot without pp is also large enough to build a house but in this area local needs would be essential.
I’ve had a fair interest in this property for some time but the vendors are not playing ball re the reducing market!!! The asking is the selling as far as they are concerned and that asking has stood for the last 12 months. Theres been a lot of change int he market in the last 12 months; my own house must be down at least 30% going on the local market.
