bubble is real

i commented on this property nearly eighteen months ago as it was sold at allsop for 120 k and this was way above reserve , i see its on sale again and the asking price is 128 , enquired about it and the current bid is 150 k

has limerick improved that much in the past eighteen months ?

no chance of it popping as the recovery is only two years old in limerick but 150 k seems very high for the above
