Price drops for this small development are discussed in today’s IT:
Cedar Grove is a scheme of 18 two and three-bedroom apartments on a leafy site on the Firhouse Road, Templeogue, Dublin 16. The scheme was launched last September through Lisney when seven apartments sold leaving 11 for sale. Prices start at €475,000 for a two-bed apartment with 81sq m (877sq ft) of space - €50,000 off last year’s price . Other two-bedroom units have been reduced by up to €75,000 . A three-bed with 121sq m (1,032sq ft) is priced at €575,000 - €45,000 cheaper than last year . The scheme is laid out in two blocks. All but three apartments have mountain views.

And they can knock off another 20-30% before I would consider buying. These are still way overpriced !!

You have to wonder about this particular article on the development from last November. Note that a “quarter” actually constitutes a sale of 4-5 apartments.
Apartment scheme selling well in Dublin 16
A quarter of the apartments at Cedar Grove in Dublin 16 have sold since its launch in late September - not bad in a sluggish market .
Locals downsizing and parents buying for their children were among early purchasers at the 18-unit scheme.
