Answer me this Pinsters please,
Is it my imagination or did such a thing as chains exist in this country once upon a time ?
Could have sworn I remember friends and relatives years ago buying a house “subject to sale” of their own etc.
Seems like now no EA whether for new or second-hand sales will touch you with a barge-pole unless you’re a FTB or cash trader-upper/downer
Is this a major shift in attitude in the market, or a desire to continue to mop up all remaining cash buyers, or were chains never a feature of the property market here in Ireland ??
