If both the sale price and rental price are achievable then that gives this place a yield of 9.2%. Blurb says it could be a nursing home.

I very seriously hope that this is a sign of things to come in NCD (and not an EA mistake). That is a massive house and a good site/location. Assuming no errors and no structural or other problems with the property, this would really lower the bar for the area.
If I were home now, I’d be trying to persuade my mother that the time is right for granny flat living!
