The commercial sector collapse has not yet kicked in but most observers say it is only a matter of time. For the moment high rents are all investors/owners have to rely on but this is not sustainable - with business going to the wall all over. The thinking in some quarters is that when this hits it will be a much greater economic disaster than the subprime collapse was/is. Does anyone have any information/reports/links to analyses of the Irish situation viz commercial property/? Or information about specific development projects?
