Compare 26, Sandycove Rd, a few doors away. Same asking price for a a 4-bed, two-bath, 40% smaller, end-of-terrace, no parking, no back garden, but achieved close to asking in May. The difference? … a five year old internal facelift. Went for a song of €470k in 2013 after a thumbs down on the Pin…
