While I believe that people should be allowed to accept without question their statutory entitlements, there remains the question of whether the statuory entitlements of TDs are disproportionate with respect to the statutory entitlements of the people who elect TDs.
What’s with being entitled to severance pay when one resigns??? This seems out of line with statutory redundancy.
