actually dan was right on the 0.5% drop in the states in september…even though I called him wrong on it when he made the prediction in august .

then again I have no bloomberg screen

One of the very few times you’ve been wrong, but you must have known most of us expected Helicopter Ben to inflate the US out of this problem…I confess I excepted a .25 cut and was a bit surprised it was 0.5, but I wasn’t at all surprised at the Fed cutting…

I would offer my services but as Dan only this week to Matt Cooper predicted that 58k new housing units will be built next year and I predict it will be more like 38k now we have an impasse .

Thats 2% of growth in the one disparity already .

David McWilliams pointed out that whilst Dan’s been encouraging the ordinary punter to get into property, his employers have been advising their big business customers (who the Bank of Ireland make most of their money from)to get out of Irish property for ages.
