Dear Homeowner,
Happy New Year from all the staff at Savills Hamilton Osborne King, Phibsborough.
Now that stamp duty has been clarified for buyers in the December budget it should bring renewed confidence to the residential housing market for 2008.
2007 will be remembered as they year that property prices experienced a correction. From independent market analysis, prices have reverted in some instances to 2005 property values.
We are now experiencing an engagement from buyers, many of whom have been waiting on the wings for the market to settle, naturally not wanting to take any risks.
We had record sales in November and into December with good feedback from our satisfied vendors.
We are now planning our marketing strategy for our new instructions to be launched in the spring. These properties will have fair asking prices which we expect will generate lots of interest. If you would like to be contacted and included on our invitation list for viewings (or to arrange a free valuation) please call our Phibsborough branch on [number removed] or email [email removed]
Yours sincerely

This is the second flyer from SHOK in the past few weeks and there have been three other EA agencies putting their flyers through the letter box so far, this year, offering free appraisals. This is something that has only happened in previous years when a new estate agency was setting up in the area.
