I have been trying to contact these guys for days. Does any one know if they are still in business? I feel that I am wasting my time trying to contact them as it just goes to answer phone.

I have only dealt with them once, and would not have much good to say about them … unfortunately, they seem to have an almost complete monopoly as regards property in Moycullen…
It’s a shame I cant get hold of them. I tried calling around 30 times since Thursday.
All I want to do is rent one of 6 houses they have listed.

You come for the quality of life, and stay for the service - or something like that.
If you want to live in one of the town’s/villages outside the city, I’m afraid you’ll have to get used to it.
A bit harsh, no? I can think of one other auctioneer (out Headford direction) who is similarly unresponsive but my experience generally with other EAs was that emails and phone calls were answered promptly.
