I’ve been watching these from the getgo, was wondering when they’d brake. Was up there only last weekend, the tinyness of the garden and driveway (one car only) has to be seen to be believed. They are nice houses but on tiny sites, practically on top of each other and the twin balconys just look out up hill onto more houses. Not knowing the place you’d be forgiven for thinking there was a decent view. Big reductions needed to clear these.
Now €195K for an as seen finish. Wonder what they are like inside at this stage. No heating on for more than 4 years and some of the windows are broken.
