Woaw! This is great news. Ireland might get a blow if it doesn’t stop the fluorisation, the pigs ( that were never destroyed by the way, but put back into the Irish food chain) industry as been hurt, the red meat as well and the chicken due to be poison contaminated, now all manufacturers will need to use NON fluoride water if they want to export their products:
Implications for international trade in food products
But the ruling also has an equally profound implication for export trade in processed foods and drinks. The Court stated that even if a functional food product (or a food containing it) is legally marketed as a food in one member state, it cannot be exported to any other member state unless it has a medicinal licence. So any company making a consumable product using fluoridated water in its preparation or as an ingredient cannot now export that product to any other state in the EC, even if their product is permitted in their home state.
This could be a step forward Ireland health, maybe
When will this start? Funilly enough I was talking about this ruling last night to someone involved in free fluoride water. Brilliant news. Again, when would that be in force, if ever?
Great news but don’t be expecting to see anything happen here in good old Ireland.
About 1 year ago EU court ruled that the “locals only” style planning restrictions in Ireland are effectively illegal. Someone in EU wrote to our magnificent minister Mr. JG and he’s written supposedly to the councils to find out about it. No action as yet. Nothing has happened. This is such a mess of a place.
In regard to Fluoridation, as long as the fluoride pushers have their hands in the till along with their councillor friends this will never change in Ireland. So read NEVER.
Nothing happening here. Move along folks.
Ah, but there’s a difference with planning. We don’t export planning decisions to other EU states.
If true, I expect flouridation will disappear in short order.
I wonder how much there is in stock? Might be tons and tons of it. Its lethal and highly acidic, what would they do with it? Hey, I got an idea, why not putting it in the water and not telling anyone, especially those eejits in the EU, what do they know after all.
It is amazing how our scum bag politicians with their hands in the till have to be curtailed again and again by the right thinking people of Europe (anyone outside of Ireland). I’d be very much encouraged to vote yes to Lisbon if I didn’t have such a desire to kick Clowen and his FFers in the balls.
