I guess John Lennon might have bought this house, at least he might have been able to afford it!

Do you think some might be, er…, um…, wait for it…, on the fiddle?

All the makings of a racket!

Was three apartments. Very surprisingly no planning application submitted for all of the work done - raises the question as to whether that kitchen room is a new extension at all or a salvaged pre-63 room updated with new windows, skylight, etc. Considering B3 BER they must have done some good week with regards to insulating anyway so it must be alright even if it isn’t new.

End result is nice SoCoDu.
Hard to argue with the upgraded BER.

The kitchen room is apparently 30sqm so would need PP. They could be pushing the planning rules a little bit.

I think for the price, you’re getting something a little pokey bit nicely finished. Plenty better value out there in my mind bit location location location.

I think it’s quite vulgar.

Also, I think they might have got the wrong idea about the 50 Shades of Grey fad.

The interior decorator should be shot. Gauche is the word that springs to mind.

Sorry for the naivety but arent you entitled to 40sqm without pp?

Gauche is used to describe people, not interior design. “lacking social grace, sensitivity, or acuteness; awkward; crude; tactless”

I think the interior is really nice, its completely inoffensive and neutral, blends modern colours with period features, and looks to be a high quality finish. I don’t see the problem here, though taste is of course very subjective.
