Went down to the seafront to watch Ireland v Germany at the weekend and counted the tell-tale signs of 3 recent urinating events in the stretch from the DART bridge to the top of Warburton Terrace (about 100 yards). And it was nowhere near closing time. Caveat Emptor!
Mick Wallace might have a few more Dail questions on this one!!!

Maybe I just have an irrational hatred of electric heating at this point, but I can’t imagine someone paying 675k for a place with it.
Here’s a place with electric heating for almost twice that.

Wow, would hate to see their ESB bill…
Phoenix Hill, aka the Adams Family summer house. Went to see it before the Alsop auction a few years ago. Don’t know how they measure the declared acreage, unless it’s on the vertical plane - the house is built on a long cliff edge. Sold for 580, now back on today with bog all done to it for 670 myhome.ie/residential/brochu … -8/3375494
Open viewing tomorrow, that’s my cycling destination decided, thanks.
Stalled and falling rapidly back down to Earth. Now at 595K. Still a decent flip (bought for 240K in 2012) if they get anywhere close to that
How was the viewing? Know someone who had been interested when it was in Allsop, but at a much lower figure than it sold for. No doubt they would have even less interest now but will make a good conversation piece.
Didnt get there in the end, sorry.

2 Bed Bungalow 56 m² - “Deceptively spacious…” It would want to be!
I dread to think the price per sq foot
This thread is for “flips”. Unless this is a flip, you probably want the “The worst value house in Ireland?” thread at
Ah, it all makes sense now. I was trying to choose between a few threads and picked the wrong one.

The only thing I like about this is they didn’t convert the garage into another extra room which a lot of people seem to do. That kitchen and extension just seems all too familiar with these revamps.
