I just want to get the opinion of the Galway public regarding Cuirt Seoige in Bothar mor…

as far as i know they were built/sold right at the boom’s highest highs…!
So, I imagine they are quiet seriously exposed to the elements as it were…

My question is, despite not entering the fear phase and all that, when will it become necessary for your average Cuirt Seoige BTL to face reality from the point of view of sales and rentals…

i know this is a kind of a ‘how long is a piece of string’ question but as far as i can see quite a few units are for sale and nothings moving, it must be hurting…!

IMHO…The Cuirt Seoige apartments seem like an okay development, quite near to the city centre - if the price was right (which they are not) they could be considered for BTL.

However I wouldn’t touch them at the current prices (355-400k for a 2 bed apartment - madness) - there are 3/4 beds houses with gardens in Knockcarra & Renmore asking for 30k less (and these will see big reductions yet)!

The fear phase is coming…
