I wonder what proportion of pinsters are actually in the industry or dependent on the industry?

I would include any Buy to let landlords here.

I know the person who brought me here was a mortgage broker.

I’m assuming for the purposes of this poll you are excluding Pinsters who merely own some or all of their PPR?

Anyone with a BTL investment property though would be a Yes.

yes that was my intention.
Owning or renting a house doesn’t make you a professional.

BTL makes you a landlord earning money from your second house so a BTL owner is in the game
