Not sure if the property is mortgaged, but I guess we’ll see a lot more of this where BTLers pocket the rent rather than paying the mortgage. I also believe some OMCs are looking at this kind of order where a BLTer has built up arrears in service charges.
i’m confused…he’s going to get no rent what whatsoever now by barricading himself in and locking the place up as I presume the 126k is spread the over the yr. So what is he hoping to achieve as this will shit the business down alltogether
