Exactly, But I think the graph makes it look like the only lose 20% off the top. I don’t think most people read the numbers, they just look at teh size of the bars.
It might be clearer if it showed Average house price before bubble, average house price at peak, and average house price at trough. Might be easier to understand for average joe.So it would look like this…
