‘It is really important to give that message, Ciara, that vaccines are doing what they are designed to do but still doing a really good job in terms of protecting against serious illness,’ Prof Moynagh responded.

‘We see that in terms of the hospitalisation rates in the Omicron variant, none e of the variants have escaped the vaccine so far.’

But isn’t it way more than 3 months since the 2nd dose for the overwhelming majority. And aren’t they busy rolling out a further injection for Omicron? :thinking: Can we have our cake and eat it, Prof Moynagh?

Looking at the media staging / messaging over the last couple of weeks, in terms of major re-engineering fronts about to be unloaded on little old Ireland, these two appear to be hot:

  1. Ireland bolstering military capacity / European army style (think brexit vote warning from retired heads of U.K. armed forces is Ireland’s destiny)

  2. Mega mega super mega housing plantation projects centrally planned to beat the band.
