I have rung Dublin estate agents in the past to enquire on auction results a few hours after the auction has taken place and have always got the result off the receptionist without any hassle.
if it sold they will brag about it in the Irish Times on a Thursday.

Yeah, just rang up: That’s for me to know and you to find out!
Only kidding:) It went for 330K. Expensive for a small shell with a north facing back garden, I feel anyway.

Regarding the red text - I’m happy to see the nutters fight it out between themselves…hoping that the pool of ‘wise’ buyers is getting smaller…or is that wishful thinking?
