Had a look at this house.

Really nice, but hived off a quarter of the property into a separate residence.

All done quite nicely inside but kitchen is dated. Still looks quite punchy at that price.

A good start on its way to it’s true value…

28 Lower Albert Road -architect finished property, bigger and a better finish with a proper grass garden went for EUR 554 per sq ft, means this is still about 145k overvalued.
