Community Alert for Kilkenny
A Kilkenny mother is warning locals that she spotted three men in the MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre allegedly offering toys to children which she says were all designed for boys.
She described the men as ‘refugees’ but this is possibly supposition. She managed to capture some pictures of them walking away after approaching her child which shows the side profile of one of the men who looks to be foreign.
