There’s a GAA pitch at the back on this house which has been worked on and raised, you can see it in the satellite photo. I know someone who lives near this house and they are not happy with the drainage into their garden. Anyone looking at this house would need to check that it’s not affected.

Gone again!!! Sold or just withdrawn?
My guess is that is has been withdrawn. I went to see it earlier this season and the house was stunning, but the noise outside from Leopardstown Road was deafening. It was another example for me of the fact that it is almost impossible to find a decent house in SCD that does not have some serious irredeemable flaw. What a pity, and if it has been withdrawn, I really feel for the vendor.
