I have viewed this house and it needs a lot of work. The extension at the back is poor and needs to be demolished. The kitchen is tiny and the bedrooms and bathrooms need to be rearranged. A new extension incorporating a bigger kitchen will be required. All in all a lot of money will need to be spent over and above the very hefty purchase price.
