In regard to this particular property I guess that the owner is playing the long (very long) game. Would be open to offers but really it’s one of these lottery properties for someone, ideal someone from abroad that would come every so often and enjoy the place for a few weeks.
Seller I guess is in no rush to sell but is aiming at the elite market place.
