Just heard Finance Ireland are in trouble and talk of redundancies…

Looking at the US (where they housing Market is starting to take a serious nosedive) there have been lots of job losses in the mtge providers as volumes have collapsed.

It could be worse, look at the US…

Avant were doing 1.95% in April this year where LTV <60% for 7 years, today that’s 2.95% and I hear it’s very hard to get a mortgage from them or ICS at the moment, approving very few applications. And yes I did… :money_mouth_face:

The increase will apply to AIB mortgages as well as those from the group’s EBS and Haven brands.
