Nama moves on Beverley’s partner - Áine Ryan → mayonews.ie/index.php?option … &Itemid=46
NAMA has sent in the receivers to the company of property developer, Tony Gaughan, the longterm partner of former Dáil Deputy Beverley Flynn. The move by Nama (National Assets Management Agency), which was published in Iris Oifigúil, on Thursday last December 5, confirmed that Declan McDonnell of PriceWaterhouseCoopers was appointed as the receiver over TJ Gaughan Construction Ltd.
Castlebar sources told The Sunday Independent that ‘at 6pm last Thursday the locks were changed at Tony Gaughan’s offices on the Moneen business retail park, which he built during the boom’.
Reportedly, Mr Gaughan’s debts include five mortgages, taken between 2002 and 2006 and while the size of his debt is not known, it was big enough to be taken off the books of AIB and absorbed by the State bank.
Mr Gaughan, his partner, Beverley and their two children live in a sprawling house, dubbed by locals as Beverley Hills, outside Castlebar, in a townland called, Windsor. A native of north-west Mayo, Tony Gaughan emigrated to England where he worked developing his building company.

Mirror had a front page detailing all the assets he had transferred into other peoples’ names to try and keep them out of the hands of his creditors.
Until judges start jailing people for this sort of nonsense, everybody will have a crack at it.
