Negatives of buying from NAMA?

Just a quick question! Are their any pitfalls or negatives to buying a property from NAMA? Is there anywhere to see what properties they have available?

NAMA don’t sell and have no intention of selling apart from a small ‘deferred payment’ list that they have on their website.
