How many Irish people say 12,30?
Most would do 12.30 or maybe 12:30?
I’ve seen 12,30 with Scandinavian, probably other places too but dunno where?
Or am I too obsessed with formatting? It can mess up cells with with excel formulae, I do know that

It’s hard to say with phone input, sometimes closest will do compared to the luxury of writing on desktop with more screen release estate for comfortable edits, and even then…
