i presume its 235k in which case the Ea could be charging in the region of…wait for it …2350 to 3500 for selling the gaff. You pay a doctor 50 quid and if he makes a mistake of one digit on your medicine dosage you could sue him for malpractice…

Could someone verify this for me, I went to look up that ad again, the cheap, cheap, cheap one on irishpropertywatch and for a split second I thought it was there but then it was gone. Now there’s no trace of it.
