'Porziuncola', Ballinclea Road, Killiney

anyone any ideas on what this is worth, looks like its been renovated. myhome.ie/residential/brochu … in/1929063

I wonder how much Vincent Finnegan paid for that ultra wide angle lens. He’s getting great value from it.

This is very similar to a neighbouring property which (when I saw it) was on at 1.5m in 2007. Really underlines the change in market.

Nice houses, well finished, but a busy road to live off. I think you can do a limited loft conversion (2 small beds and WC) upstairs.

Think its a little steep at just under €400 sq ft, and I am not sure if the garage is included in this sq footage, which should not be the case! Also think those windows are wooden single glazed, imagine it would be noisy from the main road but the rear garden looks like its the main feature of the house. Can’t say I am a fan of bungalows, and all rooms at one level is not a great attraction for me, nor is the cost and hassle of changing this.

Think this agent seems to overprice property in the Dalkey/Killiney area. One in Mount Auburn is on at 600k, coliemore road €695k. Agree those camera lens are wide angle!

and this one thats been on the market forever @ 1.45m
