I created this forum to help track the theory(based on general PIN consensus & the US experience), that FOR SALE properties might to start to flood back tp the RENTAL market if FOR SALES fail to sell and investors try to recoup losses this could then see another downward pressure in the market. Meaning rental prices will begin to fall in tandem with current falling house prices all because of a mega oversupply in the housing market to date, due to wildfire specualiton.
