20% (2,677) properties currently for rent have been on the market for more than 10 weeks
46% (6,051) properties currently for rent have been on the market for more than 1 month.

Again this week the properties with lower rent were let first. 2,829 properties were let in the last week and the average rent was €1,176. While the average rent for the properties that remained on the market was 4% higher at €1,218 per month.

If you take the average rent on a property at 1600 per month & the average drop ~ 100 thats ~ 6% fall thats 3 times more than there are saying on daft :imp:

very interesting but do you keep records over time of what the actual rents paid are? so the average rent paid last week was €1,176? how does this compare with 3 months ago or a year ago?
