There was some unscripted drama when Hollywood star Russell Crowe walked out on a BBC interview after being riled by accusations that he had made Robin Hood sound Irish. I did not hear the actual interview but I assume that Crowe was simply trying to explain Mr Hood’s investment model. Apparently he took from the rich, invested the money in time-share developments in Sherwood and Bulgaria, rolled the proceeds into a contract for difference, swapped that for shares in a new golf and hotel complex, subtracted a secret profit, and then transferred it all back to the poor via a large debt in Nama.

He has now married Maid Marian, transferred all of his homes into her name, and is sat in a café on Boulevard de la Croisette, complaining that the Commercial Court doesn’t understand his problems and that the real action is to be found in China.
