Premiership footballers Wayne Rooney and John O’Shea will be offered opportunities to invest in properties in Dublin by former Irish international Kevin Moran’s sports company, which manages their affairs.

Moran, a former Manchester United player, is a certified soccer agent and a director of sports management company Formation.

Formation has a wealth management division which sources investment opportunities and share portfolios for clients. The major shareholder of the Cheshire-based company is Irish businessman David Kennedy, who is sourcing prime property in Dublin for Formation, which in turn offers it to the football stars it represents in Britain.

Moran told The Sunday Business Post that property in Dublin and London offered the highest returns on property investments for his clients.
