Scahill Park, Ballinlough, Co. Roscommon
I passed by this today by chance and it gave me the heebie jeebies. I heard in the past there were some kind of problem with these houses but all of this type facing the road are empty and decaying. In other words a vision of what our ghost estates are going to turn into in another 5 years. These are about 10 years old AFAIK.
Everything looks reasonably ok until you get to pictures 6 and 7. 
Someone was living there as there is personal stuff in every room.

I guess that was part of the problem. I can’t mention the rest as it may not be in the public domain but it is worse than a bit (very big bit) of damp.
Was Ming the Mayor not rather vocal about these a year or two back ( yes The Mayor of Roscommon IS Ming The Merciless )
