Gorgeous house, pity about the traffic but I’m sure I could learn to live with it. 
It had two more houses built in the garden after the 2004 sale.

Gosh, Station Road, Sutton used to be such a prestigious location with many prominant families living along that stretch. When I was about twelve, I had a paper round and several of them were my “clients”. The house adjoining this one was once the family home of the Walton’s (of Walton’s Music fame.)
Another reason to be glad the CT is gone - 2 monstrosities, built on top of each other and ruining a lovely plot.
