On a comparative basis this house is still far too expensive.

Unless there are more reckless buyers out there this will sell for less than 200,000.

Station Grove is well over priced parking will be an issue on this site no front gardens on them kitchens are not great on them it was a site of 8 only 6 were finished in my eyes 180
