Mr Mark Suter, MD of Bright Finance Ltd, Lower Baggot Street, Dublin, says he has been excluded from the management of the company and he is seeking an order directing his fellow shareholders and directors to purchase his shares at a value to be determined by the court.

I would suspect their value is so low he probably owes them money .
