Look like the subbies who are owed zillions in unpaid bills from developers are staking their claim for their share of the NAMA pie.
You know what will happen,
The builders will submit a quote, and when the Nama process is complete, submit a final bill which will be significantly higher.
Thats what happens to all builders that I have had dealings with anyway.
What ever happened to responsibility? they were in business ffs, they should have taken out credit insurance, employed decent credit controllers, even for a few days a month, that would have mitigated some of the losses.
